As a senior member of society, I did everything not to use computers or iphones. Someone introduced me to Madhavan Solutions and Umesh, the owner of the company enlightened me and now I'm on the computer no less than 3 hours a day. Umesh is a great teacher, knows all the software that's out there and tries to set you up with what would work best for the individual. My scope of knowledge has been greatly expanded and I look forward to discovering new things each day. Unlike some of the other computer organizations, I found Madhavan Solutions to be ethical and professional.

I have been working with Umesh Madhavan for many years. He always tries to help me over the phone and if not he will come and teach me and get everything working well and safely. Umesh Madavan has been our family computer consultant for nineteen years. Since neither my husband nor I am particularly knowledgeable about computers, Umesh has been a very important person in our lives. When we have a problem with our computer, Umesh gets to us as soon as possible and can always remedy the situation. He has installed printers and fixed them for us, replaced computers, keyboards etc, installed cameras on our computers, and helped us to install Netflix on our television sets. Anything we need done with electronics, we always call Umesh. He has taught us both how to do various things on the computer that we needed for work and he teaches with a great deal of patience. He will sit with you at the computer, show you step by step what to do, and writes the steps down so that you can do it yourself with no problems when he leaves. Umesh knows that I often say 'I don't know what we would do without you!" when he leaves our home. He receives the highest recommendation from us both.
