I was a day late on my payment. I called to discuss this, and geez, you don't waste a damn minute on suspending someones license, do you? IN FACT, YOU MUST ENJOY IT. I HAD JUST REINSTATED IT, DAMN NEAR 1000 DOLLARS You've probably never been in a situation like that. Like the other post stated, KEEP MY LICENSE, I CANT AFFORD TO DRIVE! THANX

They will use cards that are no longer on your account instead of your newly provided payment method and then tell you that you own them money because they didn’t use the new payment method. Garbage company. Incompetent.

If I could give you a 0 I would, my original debt for a car accident was 11k, after paying on it for more than 5 years, they have the nerve to say I still owe almost 8k on, it you can keep my license, I don’t know how your company can defraud hard working people out of their hard earned money and get away with it, your lawyers are more crooked than the actual criminals, how y'all sleep at night is beyond me, there’s a special place in hell for people like you guys. It’s 100% correct when people here say the debt never goes down.

Horrible customer service and harassing phone calls even though I have no outstanding debts to collect; I already called and confirmed I had no debts with them and was removed from their call list which I should have never been added to in the first place, and their customer service person was rude as I did not feel I should have to give my name or any personal information if they are calling my number non-stop to collect a debt that is not mine.

I totally agree with these people. They send me a letter and tell me that I have 14 days to accept. I send them an email, I call them, I leave voice messages and no one answers, no one gives an answer to anything.

Horrible company. The debt you’re making payments on will never go down. Not to mention they will suspend your license if you’re just a few days late. They would even let you make a payment only for you to find out that they had already suspended your license and you need to pay them even more money so that they can give you the clearance to get your license back

If I could rate these people lower I would. They are definitely ambulance chasers. I've had to make multiple court cases against them because they stole my money and once a judge ordered for them to give it back they still haven't. Even with this pandemic happening and loosing my job and having 4 kids they still will not give me my money. Now tomorrow 3/26/2020 I have to make another court date so they can release the funds. These people have NO heart at all. EDWARD BUTLER was the worst one!!!

I wish I could give them 0 Stars. They are very unprofessional! Agent Mary gives false information. Agent Demetrius is very rude and hangs up on potential Clients or people that already have accounts. They lie about supervisors not being on the site so you cannot even talk to a supervisor and then they say they'll call you back in 24 to 48 hours and just know you won't get a call back. Oh and let me not forget Agent Patricia who thought she could just transfer me off to someone else like she's going to get a supervisor on the line and it transferred me back to her. Very Unprofessional Overall. Then they talk about you and laugh when you call back to speak to a supervisor. Pure hell dealing with these people. The so called Supervisor called and was also Rude. I wouldn't even recommend these people to represent a Dog.
