Lloyd Group set up Proofpoint Essentials as a mail relay/spam filter for my company. Proofpoint was horrible and it seems that if I notify Lloyd Group about Proofpoints delays and undelivered emails I am billed $155/hr. Nice. I am telling them that the product they sold me is NOT working the way it's supposed to. Neither Lloyd Group or Proofpoint do anything like proactively notify me of issues. If anything, i should be billing THEM for MY time.

Very frustrating company to deal with. Avoid at all costs

It is unfortunate that it took a negative review to get credited for things that I never should have been billed for in the first place.

Needless to say I moved my service to a different vendor.
I will raise my review a tad as they took the time to reply to me and give me a refund.

Lloyd Group has knowledgeable technicians on their side. Problems are all mostly resolved quickly and satisfactorily! Lloyd technicians always do a great job whenever I have a problem. Hemingway was so very helpful, got right on the problem right away and solved it quickly and efficiently. Thanks to all of you for always being there to help! I am so grateful.
