I have been to Faith for an number of treatments including:
Reflexology, energy, Swedish, deep tissue, acupressure, cranial sacral, sports massage, stretch, relaxing. She has proven to be excellent at helping me reduce stress, improve my sleep, and alleviate back pain. Faith helped me develop a routine to reduce stress and increase my relaxation. She also showed me how to reducing pain, muscle soreness and tension. All the treatments I had with Faith led to Improving circulation, energy and alertness, and lowering heart rate. Faith is a born healer and she works with energy to help her clients. Faith is one in a million.

I love Faith! She was recommended to me by my therapist and I'm so grateful that I took the leap. I've been going to her bi-weekly for over a year. I suffer from chronic headaches and migraines and her massage helps so much. I think it's a combo of the stretching, deep tissue massage, and just how relaxing she and her space are. I have better sleep after massage, have literally had migraines go away, and am all around significantly more relaxed.

Faith is fantastic and a beautiful person. She literally has healing hands. I work on my feet hunched over people, in beauty Industry, and I do lots of crossfit.
