We have been looking for a house for over a year and had several very disappointing experiences. That all changed when we met Ryan and Susan McAbee. As we have later learned they are an outstanding team of professionals. Ryan has put a lot of effort into getting to know us and our very specific requirements and made sure they were met when we were looking at properties. Within a short time period they helped us find a house that met our requirements. Ryan and Susan were there every step of the way for us answering our numerous questions. Ryan was available via text/email or phone at all hours and was very efficient at getting things done and keeping us in the loop. He never acted like we were a bother and was always willing to help with everything from having contractors available, making costs estimates for repair to negotiating a fair deal for us.

We felt well taken care of through the entire experience. Ryan and Susan were professional, honest, courteous, and motivated to help us find a property that we love. We live out of state. We were looking for a place where we can go to relax and experience different activities from where we live. We found Suzanne and Ryan through a friend. After several conversations, we were given a list of more than 10 available options. When we flew into Asheville, we spent several hours looking at those options. Ryan was very informative and accommodating. Once we went back home, he continued to search for us when our offer for a particular condo was turned down. There was constant contact either through text, calls or emails. Once he found a place for us and our offer was accepted, both Ryan and Suzanne guided us through our next steps. They, more or less , held our hand as we walked the the process of closing, getting in touch with a lawyer, filling out paperwork, getting our keys and who we needed to contact for utilities. We are extremely happy and grateful for all the work they did for us.
