First and foremost . They canceled my appointment because I can't legally drive, due to epilepsy. I have to use the Medicaid man occasionally they might be late. More often they'll get you there before your appointment though basically I'm not going to be seen because of epilepsy. was seen once. They were not helpful. This is actually being polite. Here goes report that is why it's seriously getting one star. If zero stores were an option, that's exactly what it would get. I get a letter from my physician telling me to call them.
It was then I was informed they weren't going to see me. The reason being is because the Medicaid then sometimes just late getting people to appointments or doesn't show up. It isn't my fault that I have epilepsy and can't legally drive! Talk about discrimination.

I’ve been receiving counseling services from LSCI for almost two years and have had 5 different counselors. If you’ve ever been in counseling you know how difficult it is to change counselors.
My most recent counselor was probably my most favorite of counselors in all my years of counseling. Very recently I was contacted by LSCI indicating that they were transitioning to remote counseling and would no longer offer face to face sessions.
I asked if I would still have my current counselor. That’s when the lies began. Not only would I not be seeing my current counselor but they were in the process of letting him go. If you read the core values/ mission statement of LSCI they acted in a fashion that contradicted four of the seven values.
Again, if you’ve ever been in counseling you understand the need for absolute truth and trust. These things were immediately destroyed for me.
So, if I were grading LSCI I would have no choice but to assign them an F and wish there were a lower grade available.
If I were asked to grade my most recent counselor I would say A ++.
So, that has been my LSCI experience. Thank you for allowing me the opportunity to share my experience.

My only contact with LSCI was Ms. Jessica and she was amazing. She truly helped me through one of the most difficult times of my life. I would recommend her to anyone struggling to cope with life's unexpected twist and turns. Thank you LSCI and Ms. Jessica for changing my life.

The counseling I have received from my counselor here at LSCI has helped me a great deal in my life. I've been able to address issues I didn't even know existed within me and as a whole as made my life much more enjoyable and more full. My counselor has challenged me at times, but in a good way and I am thankful for it. I can say the team at LSCI is out to help. Thank you!

I haven't once spoke to a psychiatrist since I've been using their services since july 2020. They use a nurse practitioner all the time by the name of Ms. Barbara who clearly doesn't understand the seriousness of mental diagnosis or psychiatric medicine. Life strategies diagnosed me with ADHD but wont prescribe me medicine for it...also my therapist Lindsay Coe several times has said that medicines are a crutch and that therapy is the best way to deal with neurological disorders...if you want legitimate help do not waste your time here.

I'm only giving a 1 because of their ability to bring a doctor into the school for SBT, so we don't have to check out our children to go. Besides from that I'm not impressed whatsoever. I feel like my the people who are suppose to be advocating for my children treat them like a burden, then the business being an ally.

Doctor Turner is always late and rushes me out without listening. She's rude, unhelpful and unprofessional. She's refused to apologize for being constantly late and blames everybody else for her irresponsibility and laziness. A doctor who doesn't put any effort into the job is a bad sign. Can be difficult to get a hold of people or get questions answered.

They can be late by over 35 min bit you be late by 10 and you have to reschedule. I had to wait for over an hour for my appt. To be seen by the psychiatrist (they only have one) to get my meds filled. When I finally get to see him. He rushes me, and don't listen to me.
