Mrs Melissa "Missy" Preston was the absolutely the best tax legally registered tax preparer I have ever dealt with. She was able to explain the complexities of the tax law and how it related to me in layman's terms. She is a master in Schedule C , 1099 and W2 even protected me from a predacious employer a few years ago who refuse to give me a W-2 when he should have all he wanted to give me was a 1099. The corporate offices of Liberty tax has done an extremely well job in training her. And she has done an even better job in accurately applying all the knowledge that she has learned and educating me as a client. She definitely has my loyalty.

They just charged my son $273.98 for a simple first time file. Single and no deductions. Yes! I’m mad. We are turning this in to the BBB. You are a scam!!! We have used this company for many years while we lived in Florida and three years at this location. Never more!!!!!!! My son went back and tried to ask for an explanation and of course it was a bunch of complete BS. Don’t go there!

I was one of the first people to use Community Tax Service when it started up in Rainsville, Al. Brian Miller is one of the best people to operate a small tax service. He is very well updated on all the new laws and will get the best refund possible for you. I did my own taxes for years and thought I could answer all the tax questions and save a lot of money paying for a Tax service. You can file your own taxes,but if you don't know the tax laws and you don't know what forms to use there are several deductions that you could be overlooking! Using other popular services for filing, they will charge you to use certain forms that you never actually need, such as, you think they are itemizing your medical and dental when they actually file a standard deduction on your 1040, and give you the form! Check out where it states use standard deduction on the form, they actually submit to the IRS for you! You will find Brian is a very Fair person when it comes to charging you for his service. I will never use a big Tax office again as long as Community Tax Service and Brian Miller are in Fort Payne, AL. He has an interpreter for Hispanic people and he gives the best service in town in my opinion!

So ready liked this place until today the man name Chad is horrible at customer service he was so rude to my wife and then I when we called Tiffany and everyone else was so great this man will ruin the business reputation you have don't be rude to someone who pays you 600 $ a year to file there taxes
