URGENT!!! I would NOT recommend

I have been going back and fourth with an individual that brought me to liberty consultancy to write up a transfer of shares contract, I went with him with the idea that they were solicitors and this would all be done legit.

(Take into consideration the individual was the owners brother)

When the individual kept making it difficult to get my money back and kept pushing me to take legal action, it raised questions. Finally I realised that they fraudulently wrote the contract so it would benefit her brother and make it difficult for me to get my money back. They then started claiming they were not solicitors and kept pushing me to act out or loose my temper so they can try and delay the payment by saying I was threatening him, having the owner call me and make threats about taking criminal action.

Turns out that they wrote the contract as a loan to the company that I sold him rather than a transfer of shares making it easier for him to not pay me by claiming bankruptcy or selling the business, as it was a LLC. ( I am still fairly new to the business world so I didn’t pay attention to it at the time )

Fast forward to me now receiving my money 1.6years later I am with the individual trying to get my money but he has demands for me if I want to receive my money, he said “either you remove the review on my sisters company or you won’t get your money” taking into consideration that it’s my free right to leave a review on a company that has delt with my situation and made a right big mess out of it, but to threaten to not give me what’s rightfully mine so you can use it as leverage is crazy. Anyway I removed the review and got my money. ( this is now an updated version)

Liberty Consultancy were very helpful and responsive to all my questions and concerns. It was our first time being in a car accident the staff at this great office was with us every step of the way. When we found issues during the walk through, they negotiated on our behalf and was tough when needed. Overall, it was excellent and comfortable experience! Thanks again.

Very professional and they go the extra mile with their clients. They’ve kindly sorted visa issues other than the case I’m paying for! Through their wide connections. Also offered a reapplication for free. Immigration officer failed to find a single mistake in both times, just perfect. Highly recommended for everyone.
