My professional life and my personal life were a little off track a few years ago. I realized that I needed professional, action-oriented help to get back on track. I spent a month looking for a Life Coach and as soon as I met Lesli, I knew she was the one for me! Our initial consultation consisted of her taking time to get to know me. She really knew how to ask the right questions so that I could express what I wanted. Without her doing this, I would not have been able to articulate my thoughts, feelings and my goals. It was at this time that I realized there was a very large, but bridgeable gap between where I was and where I wanted to be. Lesli was very clear about the program and she put her undivided attention into our sessions.

We started small and built up our action plan from there. Every assignment she gave me was rooted in common sense and honesty. We met once a week to discuss my progress as well as any concerns I had at the time, ranging from apprehension about an upcoming event, to addressing any roadblocks in the way of my success. Sometimes, you don't realize how many layers an onion has until you start peeling.....

Lesli is very professional and her program is very tailored. She really took the time to ensure that our work was a custom fit. Throughout or sessions, it became apparent that she really cared about me as a person and she wanted me to succeed.... This was a life-changing experience for me and I will definitely use her services again...

Happier and Healthier !

Part of the human condition is that we’re usually all striving to improve ourselves in one way or another, and through that journey, we sometimes hit plateaus in our development. Personally, I found that to be the case in my life recently, and it was a very frustrating challenge for me to figure out why it happened and then determine what to do next.
