Hi, It was a pleasure to work with Leesa Byrnes Realty. Listed House during the christmas holidays ( slow time for real estate).
I had multiple reality based offers after the first open house. I made a counter offer and accepted one of the offers. Just before signing the contract they contacted me to let me know they had an even better offer ( full asking price). I decided to go with the lower offer because I gave the couple my word. At the end of the day I would recomend useing leesa byrnes realty. everyone (Michel, phil, Dina and Leesa) all did there job a made the deal run smoothly. They where able to deliver a good team approach with the latest technology. From our first meeting to the closeing it took a total of 88 days with the new buyer getting a mortage.
