HORRIBLE PLACE, they are racist, rude, scammers. When I moved in, there was always a problem. Someone puked in front of my door and they let it sit there for days. Someone threw a dirty diaper away and the super put it in front of my door. When the apartment upstairs from us caught on fire and there were multiple leaks they basically did nothing. Hate this place and I don’t wish anyone move in here

The place is good, very friendly and quiet occupants in the building. It's very roomy and spacious compared to other places. My only concern is that the rent is high. Very nice and friendly super. The place is for rental only. It's a good place if both tenants accommodate the place are working.

If I could I would leave a zero stars if could. The worst management company ever. Their buildings are infested with roaches. They know it very well but pretend like they don't know (don't care). They do not care to even take any measures to find a solution. The super of the building are unprofessional and incompetent. I would strongly suggest stay far away from the buildings this company manages. pro tip: All of the H apartments in the buildings have the infestation if not the entire building.

They are unhelpful and unprofessional to the max. Applied for an apartment which would cost the same amount as where I was moving from, with a 753 credit score. Heard nothing from the office for over a week. Each time I called their office, the person I needed to talk to just happened to be out. Then when following up on whether I’m moving in or not in just another week I’m told my application doesn’t qualify within 5 minutes! If only there was a way to give 0 stars.

Absolutely useless management company. They told the super to do everything, the super did nothing and cursed me out. One time a super told me to "get another apartment" after Leemar sent him to address the rodent issue. Pest control writes up reports but Leemar ignores them or tells the super to address them, but the super never does and still doesn't get fired. All complaints fall on deaf ears. Haven't been able to get my rodent issue solved in years. A leaking roof took months to fix after multiple ignored emails and phone calls. They will ghost you and insult you.

Deborah is the absolute worst. She’s constantly rude and hanging up the phone on my mother and I. She’s extremely unprofessional and is constantly ignoring our complaints. This is not how you treat tenants. If you don’t like your job, just quit. We have been living here for over 20 years and the amount of attitude she has over the phone is just too much. I hope she gets the help she needs.

I wanted to move to this apartment building after seeing an apartment that I liked! After meeting with Peter the building manager I had to ask a few times for an application and finally got it. After filling it and sending it back to him, there was no answer. I reached out to their office to find out he never send the application in. Not a big deal as I had made contact with their office and resend the application, until I received an email back with one line: “you do not qualify”.

I guess after reading reviews here, I sure do not qualify for a poorly run place with roaches and mice. I mean the hallways were a dead giveaway but I didn’t mind as I liked the apartment. I guess I should have read the reviews first before even bothering to apply.

Anyway, stay away from this place! Horrible costumer service!!!

They are literally worst on the market.
After your lease ends they sent me a 6k bill for 2k apartment for no reason.. for 2yrs literally never had a phone conversation cuz everybody always away.. billing system always down. Every month you have to reset your accounts password and login, by writing them email.. you can't reset it by yourself cuz it's their style.. buildings are old, rusty roaches and mixes everywhere. I use to rent 1903 ocean ave apt.
