I can’t say enough good things about LedgerFi. I was completely overwhelmed trying to manage my business’s finances, especially with QuickBooks—it felt like a never-ending, complicated mess. I have a ton of transactions from all kinds of vendors, and keeping everything categorized was taking up way too much of my time and energy. LedgerFi stepped in and just... took care of it.

On top of that, they send me these quarterly reports that are incredible. They break everything down so clearly that I finally have a real understanding of where my business stands each quarter. Before them, it would’ve taken me hours every week to figure all that out, and even then, it wouldn’t have been as organized or accurate.

They’re super responsive and happy to answer my questions (and I ask a lot). I don’t feel like just another client—they genuinely care about helping me succeed.

Ledger Fi has come through for me big time - to say that this is a bookkeeping/tax firm is underselling what they really do. For an affordable price, I have gained professional and attentive assistance in those areas AND they have helped me find solutions to complex issues, recommended technology for streamlining processes, and have gone out of their way to ensure that I understand everything, even setting up calls and sitting in on meetings with service providers. I hardly ever write these sorts of reviews, but this company is more like a consulting firm that supports you and your business, developing processes that make sense and save time, enabling you to focus on growing your business.
