Very talented immigration lawyer! Although my previous immigration lawyer told me that I did not have enough credits for EB2, when I showed my portfolio to Oliver, he told me I was ready. One of my friends got Greencard through Oliver, so I was quite confident in his service. I was right! I got approval notice (I-140) after 1 year, and last week I received approval notice for I-485. If you are looking for skilled immigration lawyer, I highly recommend him.

I personally don't believe most of the five star reviews in regards to Oliver Zhou. Hired him a few times for a few property closings and he doesn't even show up to closing. The staff he sends on his behalf doesn't know enough to explain to me what I was signing. Does not do his due diligence in reading the whole title report and costed my firm tens of thousands of dollars. Revealed zero potential issues prior to closing-he just takes his money and stay quiet. Keep up the good work(sarcasm) and close your business please. They moved to 100 Bowery but do yourself a favor and seek someone that's actually a professional.

I had this guy to handle the selling and buying of a condo in year 2021, at the first interview he gave me a very good impressions and seems like everything would be smooth and pleasant, but after I gave him the initial deposit to start the transition everything has been changed, all the promises have been broke, missed email communication, refused to closed the deal as agreed, no explanation of the content of contract, he did even late 1 hour at the closing day. Yes he charge lower fee than the most attorney out there but it definitely not worth it,
