This has been the worst experience of my financial life. Mrs Landa is very irresponsible and krass. It was nearly impossible to reach her by phone email. I had to literally visit her office unannounced just to talk to her. She filed 3 years of my returns and the irs had issues with all 3 returns. I had to make my own corrections because mrs landa would not take any responsibility. Her response was "you signed a release and therefore i take no responsibility". I will continue to inform everyone i can about this office. I should have known there was in issue when i saw an eviction notice on her office door.
