We’ve used Rosemary and her staff for 10+ years as we’ve grown from 1 employee to 10. She has helped guide us on tax strategies and pit falls of our fast growing business. She’s also helped guide us through our personal taxes that have complications including living in another state than our business is located. Her and her team are always responsive if I have a question and proactive if laws change that impact our business. We’ve had our business and personal taxes reviewed by large corporate firms from Texas to New York and always find out we’re getting great service and accurate taxes at a fraction of the cost.

What a terribly frustrating experience being a client of Rosemary Lambert. We’re an independent insurance agency and Rosemary claimed to be an expert in our vertical. After hearing from our fractional CFO that premiums payable weren’t being tallied correctly on our tax documents, I reached out to Rosemary with questions.

When I asked Rosemary for advice on how to account for these payables that were not revenue, but we’re currently being shown as revenue, Rosemary shockingly accused me attempting to commit tax fraud.

I’m not an accountant or CPA, so it’s perfectly reasonable and expected for me to have questions when things don’t look right.

The worst part is that after we separated from Rosemary for obvious reasons, she has refused to cooperate with simple document requests that pertain to our time as her client.

I should probably file a formal complaint with the North Carolina State Board of Certified Public Accountants Examiners. But, that requires time and energy that I don’t want to waste on holding accountable such an unprofessional woman.

Strongly recommend you avoid this office.
