Dan Mardis represented us in a recent home purchase on Lake Winnipesaukee in Moultonborough. We bought a home that had previously been under contract, and I don't think we would have been able to get the home without him proactively monitoring real estate activity on the lake for us. We are new to the area, and he went above and beyond in giving us information about the area, restaurant recommendations, builders, contractors, etc. He was generous with his time and helped us out by attending inspections after we closed because we couldn't be there. I am usually skeptical of the value realtors bring to a transaction but Dan has changed that perspective for me. I highly recommend him and would use him in the future if the need arises.
