If I could give these guys a 0 star I would. Post covid their service is horrendous and it’s not a cheap bus ticket. The bus drivers NEVER show up on time anymore. The 730 bus from pine brook to NJ shows up at 745 AJ’s when you complain it comes at 720 and leaves. The dispatchers on the service are rude as hell and yell at you calling you a liar when you’re say the bus never showed up. Avoid at all costs. This bus should investigated. It’s a private bus company - their service and attitude is unacceptable!!

Update 4/9/25 - I wish I could give these guys a 0 star. How is this rated a 4.1 on google ? The 730 am route 46 bus to NYC hasn’t showed up for the past 3 days. You can call the dispatchers and they will tell you the bus is on the way and it never shows up. This company is a straight up scam and the service is horrendous. If you want to get fired at work rely on Lakeland for being late everyday. Hoping that senior management reads these reviews and actually does something about this.

Before Covid, these buses used to be amazing. They were always on time commuting into NYC. Now buses are ALWAYS late by 10 minutes. Pretty ridiculous given that it’s almost $13 dollars to get into nyc through this bus from Parsippany so it’s not really cheap. They really need to get back to being on time as per their schedule.

Update 6/26/24 - downgrading to a 1 star. Prices keep going up and service keeps going down. Buses are always late by min 7-10 mins. This was never the case before Covid.

My regular transportation to New York City. Really like this bus and the bus terminal located in Dover NJ very clean and all the employees are very nice and easy to talk to when it comes to schedules. Buses are always on time. 👍👍

I take the route 46 to port authority line pretty regularly. Lately the service has significantly declined.

The drivers arrive a bit early to the designated stops in the morning and they leave before the designated time of the stop.

Additionally, I’ve experienced several occasions which the AC was not working properly which made the 2 hour plus drive unbearable.

Please resolve this specially considering the cost of your tickets in correlation to the service you are providing.

This is not acceptable!

They're cutting back on service. There's only one westbound down town bus at 430 which is ridiculous for 9-5ers to make. If you do make it, you probably have to stand. They also made it so the last bus is around 10 so if you miss it, have fun with a $150 Uber back home. But now the buses cost more. I don't see how prices went up and service went down. Awful service. Wish NJ transit serviced this corridor.

the route 46 to Port Authority bus never shows up on the time it says on the schedule - either really late or really early and they only run half an hour. There’s no tracker like the nj transit so you don’t know how late you’re going to be for work. They also still live in the dark ages where you can only buy the ticket at a booth in port authority. Get an app for god sakes and stop wasting so much paper!!
