The paralegal lie by saying I send you the documents threw email ? I have two emails, I check even spam ,or trash ,nothing. A week ago she promised to send it to my home address? I am not allowed to go in person without an appointment? What kind of law firm is this ?
As a paralegal your job duties is to get the clients information? Then you turn it to the lawyer, they see if it's a good case ,he will get rich? Then the paralegal calls the client to make an appointment, go in person to sign the documents?
I dont recommend this law firm seem like scam .They pay Google for the 4.3 stars reviews

This law office should be investigated for neglecting clients and only caring to secure a settlement and not help injured individuals. I retained this law office and for over a year they were unable to get me help when my formal employer retaliated and refused to accommodate my work restrictions. Please consider a different law office. They do not pay attention to injury workers needs and do not care about their clients. I was in the office three times to be told her schedule is not available to staff and my case was moved two times to different cases managers. I was not the only person complaining about her not responding to clients and updating clients about their situation and concerns while in her office. Horrible experience with this law office

I called for a consultation regarding my case. I already have a lawyer, but wanted to make sure things were running they way they were suppose to be. Also, I wanted information about possibly moving onto a civil case. Angelica Valdez not only helped clarify so many things for me in my current case, but also offered advice for a possible civil case. My appointment was for 2:30, I arrived at 2:15 only to be seen at 2:45. Understandable given that emergencies take place. Speaking with the attorney was not a pleasurable experience. I was offended by the lawyer assuming I live with my mom. I felt like that was in poor taste, I’m a grown man who works hard to pay for his mortgage. I was also confused with her lack of patience, basically asking me why I’m I in her office if I don’t know what I want. It was not my idea for the interview, her staff put me on hold while I was in the middle of explaining everything on the phone and scheduled me an interview without speaking with me on my concerns. Maybe they should of heard me out and better understood my position. They wasted my time because I could of spoke on the phone and accomplished the same goal but at least I could of been in my air-conditioned home instead of a lukewarm office.

Took great care of us from initial interview and through to the end of our settlement. We never actually met with the lawyer but the staff we did meet was so caring and always so attentive to all the details of my side of the events. The office was not always clear on what exactly the next step would be and how long something like this would take. That part was a bit frustrating. Then actually showing up to the deposition and the lawyer that was to represent me had someone cover her. Although very last minute change, that person seemed very heartwarming and knew his stuff. He calmed me down and walked me through exactly what was going to happen next. As you would imagine, someone going through this is probably their first time and it was at times frustrating not knowing but overall the staff and outcome made up for it. Thank you a million!
