I came from ZLC. Supposedly supposed to be a good accounting firm. Klinger & Associates has been so much better by 100 times. I’ve learned more from Mark & David with just a few phone calls and a 45 minute in person meeting than any other firm I’ve looked into. They really are the best for small businesses

I take a very hands on approach with my personal finances. I've over shot and undershot my withholding two years in a row, so it was time to seek out professional help, and I was willing to pay a high rate for a CPA's time. After about 30 phone calls, Klinger was the only firm who would give my unusual request a chance, and they promised to provide a quote after I sent them the corresponding documents. He called me back less than 48 hours later and spent 15 minutes with me on the phone. Not only did he give me his best tax advice, but he painstakingly walked me through the lines on each form so that I walked away with an accurate understanding--which is what I was after the whole time. Despite my insistence on compensating him for his time, he declined to charge me anything. Its was a rare, but truly exceptional experience. They checked all the boxes: friendly, available, honest, timely, and competent. They are the model for the best customer experience.
