Leah was awesome! She called me back immediately and gave me some step by step advice that she thought would probably fix my issue - laptop would not boot, blank screen) - and IT WORKED! She didn’t even charge me and if it hadn’t worked she was ready to come and pick it up from my home the same day to repair it. I would totally recommend Leah to anyone that needs tech help! Leah is amazing! While vacationing and working in Marathon I realized I had forgotten my laptop charger. I called KISS Computer Solutions in desperation for a charging cable. I left a message and within moments she texted me and then shortly thereafter, called me. She rearranged her schedule to solve My problem and solve it she did. Down in the keys and our laptop screen went blank. We thought that was it; time for a new one; but we were wrong. We called Leah and she was able to talk my wife through a couple of easy to follow steps and we were back up and running. Can’t say enough good things about Leah, and will definitely recommend her to our family and friends in the area.
