I have used Kinetic Consulting Group as my IT Managed Service Provider since May 2010. He works with me to determine software/hardware needs, upgrades systems when what I have becomes outdated, answers calls from my staff when they have issues with their computers/software, and helped me move from one office to another when I downsized to allow staff to work from home. Thankfully, we had been implementing this remote work plan prior to the pandemic hitting, so we were prepared when the shutdown occurred. Eladio is a resource for me and my staff, and I trust he has the best interest of my company in mind when he makes suggestions. He also goes into my office when what is needed can't be done remotely (replacing video cards, backup battteries, etc). I am thankful I have him as part of my team.
