I am a senior and 3 able-bodied men stood and watched me struggle to get trash cans etc out of my pick-up bed and get it in the spot it needed to go through. I wish I got paid to stand around and chit chat back and forth for the 20 mins it took to unload my truck. I'm greatful to have a place to take our throw away to why I gave it 4 stars . Beyond that some help should be available to seniors over 65 especially a female.

Worker at the front always gives me the wrong directions where to dump my trash. Every time AFTER I’ve unloaded trash does a worker run up and tell me it’s in the wrong place. No clearly posted signs for a lot of materials. It needs to be open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays.

Just wished they had help for disabled and especially women, all the work release help and they could but supervisors don't allow it, vote em out, let's change our reputation, helping others.

About 90% of the staff are really friendly, its just that 10% that try to make your job more difficult.
