Kelli is knowledgeable, flexible, intuitive, collaborative, and a lot of fun. She knows the housing market and the area, and she works to know you and your needs so she can offer the best advice. We worked with Kelli over several months and she helped us understand the market, our options, and the closing process, which during the pandemic was slow and strange. She obviously got to know us too, because she gave us the most personal housewarming gift—specific to us and very kind and thoughtful. Kelli also openly shared her recommendations for people in the area you know you always need and struggle to find (plumber, electrician, etc etc), and two years later she's still helping us get acclimated. Kelli came highly recommended by former neighbors, and exceeded even those high expectations.
