This begins with my husband’s company being sold to another company. He worked for the company for over 20 years. He had made a choice to take his 401k and roll it into an IRA account, as soon as Mike found out the company was being sold he got all the paperwork and account information and by the second week in December he had everything to Keatings, He had contacted them multiple times and they had told him that everything would be done by the 31st of January, After consulting with Keatings today they said it will be another week, he has been told multiple times that everything was done.After reviewing his 401k account he noticed that he had been changed 3500.00 for yearly maintenance of the account. Keatings has made this a total mess, Mike is only 60 years old and Keatings had him retiring this year. KEATINGS ARE CROOKS! Mike was assured two weeks ago that the money would be in his account last week and now he was told maybe by the first week in February. How ever he was assured it would be done by January 31st. Others that decided to take their money have had the same experience. My advice is DO NOT USE KEATINGS!! You might never get your money!
