We used Karen to roll out EOS for our 4 store supermarket chain. Before EOS our leadership team would roll their eyes every time we came back from a business event, wondering what the flavor of the month management style would be. It’s now been 2 years of EOS and we’ve never been more consistent and the results show after 2 years of record sales. My only regret about using Outpace and Karen Bentlage as our EOS implementer is, I wish I did it years earlier. Since we we adopted EOS we have had our best two years in company history.
