I scheduled an appointment at 10:00am on a Friday, I showed up to my appointment and no one was there. I tried to contact the office to reschedule but no one picked up the phone and message box is full.

This tax preparer is a con artist. He charges $20 for any tax return copy you request. Other tax preparers I went to doesn't charge their customers a penny. This is my first time going to this guy and it's my last. I had to come here because my wife told me he was good, but I will tell her she can file individually if she wants to go back to him, but I don't think she will, because she wants to get more money back. She'll go to an accountant that I will recommend. There are several other reasons why this tax preparer is no good, but there isn't enough space or time for me to go into. I would give him 0 star/rating, but I can't, because there isn't that option.
