I bought the system from them 4 years ago. They really provide us excellent after sale service, even in the middle of the night. ( I think that's the most important part), most company only provide best shopping experience but not after sale service. We are happy with their products and service till today. We purchased a system from Eric in the Chicago location in February. A few months later, and it has served our restaurant business well. Eric and Chloe are very responsible, patient, and diligent people that swiftly assisted with any tech problems. When it comes to our business, I can get incredibly picky, but Eric and Chloe were very easy to work with. This is likely the first time I have been satisfied with purchasing services from Chinatown. Seriously.

When the time comes for a second system, I will look forward to working with them again.

I am surprised that the marketing package I enrolled for the past 2 months worked. I was an old customer and recently purchased their marketing service which helps our brand visibility on the internet. Worst products and worst service EVER! After they received the full payment they don't even want to explain how to turn on the machines. All they said was "Call tech support we don't know".
They had one worker who spoke English and she said they would help us learn and solve each issue, but then she disappeared after we paid in full and no one cares about us now.
Do not buy anything here, do not waster your money and go elsewhere.
