Jorge Sanchez and Associates are an excellent choice if you want to buy or sell a home in the Coachella Valley. They are particularly good with first time home buyers or professionals like teachers or accountants. The whole team is well trained and very responsive to questions during the process. They also have great relationships with local mortgage brokers, contractors, escrow companies, insurance brokers, and just about anything else you might need to make the process go smoothly. I have used them multiple times and have always had a great experience.

Great team to work with! Everyone was so professional and responsive. We worked with a few other realtors that just couldn't understand what we were looking for. We met with Lisa twice to look at houses and on the second day we found our forever home. Offer was accepted within a day, and we picked up keys yesterday! From the first time I spoke to Lisa Molinar I knew this was the person I wanted to help me with my Real Estate needs.
