I bought a tux here recently and I couldn’t be happier with my purchase. Alan is the absolute best. He was great through the whole process. I had even taken the tux home and showed it to my fiancé who thought the pants were a little bit too wide so I took it back to see if there was any way to get an adjustment and Alan was happy to offer his help. The adjustments were made and I had my pants back in just a couple of days. The tux only took a few days to come in also. Overall, a great experience here. Highly recommend

In the past, I’ve always had to accept a bit of a baggy look to get the comfort I want from my suit; and I could either look good or feel good, but not both. I decided to get my next suit custom made. Friends who looked good in their suits recommended John B. Rourke in Savannah.

I worked with Allan, who spent a generous hour with me fitting and selecting the correct material and style. The fitting included trying on a lot of different sized “off-the-rack” suits and seeing what did and didn’t fit well, Allan taking notes the entire time. We even tried on parts of clothes! Allan has a box of suit-parts (like just sleeves) that he would give me to try on. All that and a bunch of measurements, and about a month later, my suit came in.
It fits perfectly. The suit is svelte with well-defined lines (not baggy), yet it feels roomy and comfortable! My wife has never seen me look so good in a suit. While not cheap, it is clear that you get what you pay for.

From now on, my suits will be custom fit by John B. Rourke.
