Massive well done to the success of the new X1 service from Hamilton to Glasgow. The service has been spot on, big shout out to the young driver Andrew who has gone above and beyond for my son using this service this past couple of weeks, with particular neurodivergent struggles he has gone to college independently thanks to this new service. Keep using this service and long may it continue. All the drivers are doing a fab job

For the first time yesterday we used Hamilton Glasgow bus- fast and we all had lovely experience, it cost us less than going with train and another bus also bus was very clean had a charging points and bus driver was very friendly and smart dressed,from now on that's the only way we will be travelling to Glasgow

Just a shout out for the driver on the 251 tonight. Roads closed due to an accident not alot of alternatives but the driver got my teenage daughter home safely done her very best to get her as close to home as possible. Just wanted to say thankyou.

Single woman on a Saturday night, waiting alone...been waiting on the 19:48 bus, number 13 to Glassford from Strathaven, for 28 minutes now...no sign. How is public transport meant to reduce vehicle necessity if it's like this? ?‍♀️ And don't get me wrong..I don't know if the people scheduling are at fault for not giving drivers sufficient time allowing for incidental occurancies but come on..is this the best you can provide? ?‍♀️?‍♀️?‍♀️

On a few occasions the no. 5 has been taken out of service for various reasons (not breakdowns) with no notice leaving passengers stranded at bus stops. If they intend taking buses off e.g. for refreshments which drivers need then they should be in timetable as it’s happened too often with the 1249 hours at Newstevenston to Bellshill in particular. Didn’t happen with Bally bus!!

Go up
