The older lady that handles the phones is incredibly rude. I went in to simply ask a question about my rent, and she starts yelling at me while I'm asking questions.
She seems really miserable. And she shouldn't work with people if she's going to have that kind of an attitude towards clients.

Bldg is not maintained, floors are dirty and halls need painting. Windows in lobby are filthy. Tenants are storing personal items in the hallways, bikes, strollers, packages. Lobby filled with packages although we have a package room. Outside repairs go on for years.

Very mean ,not respectful , nasty people work in this management. Apartments very old and dirty , no service. All the cocroach and mice in the dirty apartments collected

Building hallways don’t get maintained. Pest infestation. Outstanding repairs are due. Office manager, Esther, does not embrace customer service

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The people here are racist, rude, and discriminatory. Specifically, Esther. She hangs up on you when you call and when you go into the office to try to speak to her she yells at you from her back office without ever coming and speaking to you. If not that, she tells her assistant what to say but will not speak to the tenants face to face. All she cares about is money and has no courtesy or regard for the tenants that are paying for her livelihood. People like this should not be in customer service positions and should surely not be working in minority neighborhoods when they so clearly hate them. Do better Esther!!!!!!

our elevator breaks down weekly and then no repairs are made in a timely manner. the answer is always the same: “ they are waiting on the part to arrive” when in fact the service company they use never shows up; there are elderly people who haven’t left their homes
in 3 days because there is no functioning elevator.

be responsible managers and solve the problems your residents are paying you to solve.

HORRIBLE!!!!!!!....The only thing this management think about is money, money, money... They don't repair anything. The super is has lazy has he wants to be. He never has time to do repairs. They don't have any fair or respect for HPD or court. Their never follow any instructions in regards to repairs because they don't care. Esther or Ethel ( The witch) don't have respect for anyone; when you call she's always yelling at you and telling you that she's not repairing anything. They're slum lords and they are very proud to have a slum super with the same mentality as them. I grade them with 1/2 star.
