Just as we started exploring the market to purchase our first home, we met Jessica at the first open house that we went to. We hadn’t even out much thought behind working with an agent yet, but we ended talking for about half an hour and learned so much about the local market from her. We could tell she had a great grasp on the area. After leaving we had a great feeling about working with her so we ended up contacting her the next day and about 2 months later we closed on our first home.

Jessica was so awesome along the way. Giving her honest opinion about properties we had interest in and not just trying to get us into something asap for a quick commission. Given that we lived 2 1/2 hours away, Jessica would tour homes we were interested in and send detailed walk-through videos of the home during the weekdays when we couldn’t make it out. This was extremely helpful considering the competitiveness of the market. We submitted a blind offer on the home we closed on thanks to Jessica being able to provide that detailed video feedback.
