Jeremiah was absolutely great during the house buying process. Thankfully we didn't have to look at too many houses before we found the one, as the market right now is very tough. Jeremiah was helpful in all aspects. He steered us away from houses he had already seen that had known issues, and when it came time, he gave good suggestions on when to put in a bid and how much, so that the sellers canceled their upcoming open house. He isn't in it just to sell a house. He wants you to know if he notices any issues, and he wants you to be happy. Also, if there's anyone you need, he has someone! A mortgage broker, an insurance broker, a title team - you really don't need to look elsewhere. We would definitely recommend him, and will be using him again very shortly to sell a house.
