I was looking for a realtor to list my house and my friends had used them before so I contacted them through google search by filling out my info. Christine Spark from Jelmberg called me right away. She asked me questions and was extremely efficient in sending me all the info I was looking for. In the meantime, I was also interviewing a few more real estate agents as I wanted to make sure whoever that's going to represent me was the right fit for me. Needless to say, I was not disappointed when I decided to hire Christine from Jelmberg to sell my house. This is an extremely organized and highly efficient team from start to finish. I was very impressed with their professionalism and each person knew exactly what they were supposed to do and focused on staying in their lane to accomplish their tasks. I live out of town but I had confident in Christine and her team to get my house ready for listing. This company won't mess around, they have very high standards and they won't list your property until your house is ready for the public to view. I was extremely impressed with their sales and marketing expertise and the whole presentation was excellent to say the least. They advertised and promoted my house in all real estate platforms that's readily available and it showed extremely well to draw traffic in just the first week. She constantly kept me informed every step of the ways. She would go above and beyond and she even baked goodies to the open house. Christine is a gem, she takes pride in what she does and she really cares about the success of the outcome and most importantly she cares about her clients.
