My sessions with Jean Gillson Coaching, LLC literally brought life back into my life again. For years I had been searching for a mental health modality that felt most resonate to me with a facilitator I could trust then one day I organically met Jean Gillson in dowtown Pensacola. After sharing a chat, I decided to begin sessions. As I navigated some of my inner dialogue and questions with Jean, she genuinely listened to me and offered consented feedback and introspective. When we began dissecting the different dialogue names as described in the Internal Family Systems, IFS, I began to finally feel at ease with what I had been going through and allowed myself more compassion.
