I have filed here with leydi h in the past before , which was 2 years ago . Decided this year to give the professionalism she works with another try , well this time was totally different. I wouldn’t recommend this place as H&R BLOCK is so much cheaper . She was so rude and charged a very high price for the very low return I was getting . I asked simple questions about my taxes and got 1 rude response to the few questions I asked . All in all next year I know I will make the right decision by not coming to Jch tax group any longer as this experience made me not want to waste my money on getting my taxes done here

I have been getting my taxes done with Leydi at JCH for the past couple of years and she has been helpful all the time. She's very knowledgeable and will answer any questions you may have. The staff is very friendly and professional.

They have been there for years. I normally use turbotax, JCH made it super easy and answered all my questions. They were able to save me a few bucks as well! I'd definitely recommend them!

Waited over 10 minutes lady puts me on hold twice after clicking on me twice!! Called yesterday also because its been past two weeks we havent gotten our taxes and they say they will call me right back never got a call back, so where the hell is our money?!!? Who knows, these people act all nice to u in person but when its over the phone bien tontas!!!
UPDATE: Leydi E Hernandez put our money on the wrong account!! After days of trying to reach them they finally tell us they put it on a completely different account not sure what their intentions were? I have gotten my taxes done here twice first experience was good second not at all! Now we have to go through the trouble of talking with the IRS for their mistake! And they werent even nice about it they acted like it was our fault when theyre the ones that did the taxes, office lady has a disgusting attitude she wont let u talk to the owner or manager and is rude so call the TEMECULA office they have a JCH Tax Group there too theyre wayy nicer and they actually let u talk to the owner who kindly told me proper information. Dont trust this lake elsinore office people are better off doing taxes somewhere else than here not knowing what their intentions were with our money.
