My experience was terrible. Ryan never responds to email or message through the platform he told us to use. I sent in all my information in January and he still filed for an extension, without letting me know. Running my own businesses you can imagine how frustrating that is. I recently received bills from the IRS saying I owe money. I of course sent in the amount and vouchers that Ryan gave me. Apparently he got the amounts wrong, I did not even ask him I just paid it. When I say it takes literally months for him to respond, it takes months. Ridiculous. It got to the point where I felt like I was bugging him. I would call once a week. His secretary's kept telling me he will call me back or get back to me, never did. I finally just walked in.
