DETAILED REVIEW:
I've been a client of Jamie's for about 6 months. Since starting, she has helped and supported me in several areas of life, from professional, mental, physical, social, financial, and spiritual sectors.

It helps to have an additional anchor in one's life who, while this person is not responsible for one's life (that's one's own responsibility), helps one to grow and achieve their personal goals. It's a stabilizing feeling to have.

Jamie balances between being direct with you and holding you accountable to your personal goals to ensure you're meeting your desired outcomes, to being empathetic and understanding to determine what can help you more easily reach your goals.

An interesting observation I felt about Jamie's style of working: she doesn't usually tell you if what you're doing is right or wrong, good or bad; she's more focused on her client's personal happiness and how to help the client to achieve the things that makes THEM happy. It gives the client more autonomy to think for themselves while also assessing more dutifully what matters to them, and to take actcion on achieving that.

Jamie, as a person, is bright, open, warm, and kind. She can also be firm when she needs to be if that means nudging you on the path to progress. She's a pleasure to work and speak with. She has helped me improve my quality of life, my achievement potential, and has acted as an additional support during a particularly-challenging time in my life.

I would recommend Jamie's services to others who are open to dreaming and doing, who wish to make progress in their goals, and who desire an additional anchor in life who can help them grow.

Oh, my goodness, where do I even begin!?!? I’m so glad that our paths crossed earlier this year & I'm so lucky that I get to call Jamie a friend now.

Working with her these last few months has been one of the greatest gifts I never knew I needed! The safe & supportive space she provides is a judgement-free zone & makes you feel right at home. You’ll see her genuine passion for helping others through your convos week after week. She empowers you to show up and show out ... 100% of the time. She will never ask you to water down your wild and I love her so much for that. She encourages you to be yourself…whatever that looks like.

Although I have so many new tools I learned from her, my absolute favorite takeaway from our time together is from our first few sessions. I am forever changed by Jamie’s guidance in helping me identify my personal core values ... that are so uniquely me!

With her help, I learned how to intentionally live in each of my values and carry out the vision I have for my future self. I unlocked a space within myself where everything began to click & started making so much more sense. It was the confidence boost I needed to get back up & in the game! To make this significant moment even more special, she surprised me with a priceless keepsake once I had finished the process. which takes weeks by the way I won’t ruin the surprise for anyone else, but I will say that there were tears and I will cherish it forever. =))

Because of the unique experience Jamie created for me, I'm also partnering with her again to guide my small business, Employ Acadiana, through the same process of developing our core values, purpose, mission and vision. I have no doubt the end result will be just as perfect! I can't wait!

I love how Jamie is always ready no matter what curve ball you throw. =)) She coaches on whatever topic you bring to the table each session and ensures that your convo is not only meaningful, but also practical! She has an arsenal of tools ready to go and is somehow still able to give us just what we need without notice!

She doesn’t hand out cookie-cutter advice either. Not only is she ready to help you, but she also recognizes that every solution isn’t going to work the exact same for every person. Instead, she gives you tools and strategies that she’s personally used and then helps you tweak it to work for you. Her visuals are good, too! She explains everything by breaking it down so it can be easily remembered and implemented later when you’re ready.

Seriously though … none of us are perfect & we can always be better humans. With that being said, I strongly encourage you to take a chance & try something new. Your future self will thank you … trust me!

Jamie, there are no words to describe how thankful I am for what you have given me. I’ve never felt more at peace than I do today. You supported me during one of my darkest & coached me back to light. For that, I am eternally grateful.

I could not recommend Jamie's life coaching enough. It is crazy to think about how far I've come from when we first started to now. I struggled a lot with independence and with the help of her coaching, I feel so confident in myself and the choices I make. Other aspects of my life became clearer as well. I am a new person. This genuinely has changed my life. Everyone should experience this at least once, I swear by it!
