I was able to easily make an appointment online (you can do this on their Google Maps page or their website). I arrived at 1:20 for my 1:30 appointment and had no wait time. Nakia welcomed me as soon as I walked in the door. She was extremely patient and answered all my questions. And I had LOADS because I've always used my dad's accountant and had never filed taxes myself before. As a new travel nurse, I felt comfortable filing with Nakia. She helped me navigate the taxable vs non-taxable income and stipends and everything else that comes along with travel nursing.
My appointment took about an hour. She submitted everything while I was there and let me see the outcome. They also have a link to see your return official progress. This was a great experience. I referred my fiancé to Nakia as well.

Nakia was so sweet and so funny and she really knows what she’s doing, she’s the only tax persons I will go to now. I had more than a great experience, she was so fast and she got me more back on my taxes than I thought I would get. She’s amazing!!!

I actually enjoyed doing our taxes! Our specialist was absolutely fun, funny, and sweet. I can't remember her name right now, but she made it a pleasant experience. She was also very knowledgeable and quickly got things done.

The lady who prepared our return was Great she was patient and took great care of my wife and myself. We both had multiple jobs last year so we had several W-2s she was not at all put off by it and took her time to insure we got the best return possible. This is our 2nd year with her and will return again next year.
