I am dissatisfied with their communication practices. They failed to keep me informed about the progress of my repair and only reached out when they needed more documentation. I had to reach out to them to determine the status of my service, which I found out had ended without any notification. Upon expressing my frustration, they propose disputing select collection items that have been on my report for an extended period. However, I would be required to pay the settled amount, and they would not challenge any recently added items on my report.

I was disappointed with the service I received from this business. Despite its 5-star rating, the price was higher than I expected for the level of service provided. My main frustration was the lack of communication throughout the process. I received no updates or notifications about the progress of my service or the status of my credit. The owner's response only addressed the document process, which was not my main concern. Overall, I am highly disappointed and would not recommend this business to others.

After sharing my feedback, the team contacted me and is currently taking concrete actions to address my concerns. I am glad to see them displaying a proactive attitude towards customer satisfaction, and I will provide an update on the outcome once it becomes available.
