Love everyone here. Dennis & Sabrina are amazing and have made renting a breeze and anytime there has been some little issues they have gone above and beyond. Rehab Rescue Group are also fantastic especially Travis & Jack. If you are need of needing your property managed or looking for a rental give them a call, you won't regret it.

Very unprofessionally managed. As a Realtor and someone in Property Management, it’s very frustrating seeing how horrible the Property Manager Sabrina and Dennis treat 4 year tenants that have dealt with lots of issues from day 1.
We were told on the telephone and via email from Dennis Proctor that he would replace my Fridge that’s been falling apart since we moved in. I have an email where he literally said he was working with a company to get it replaced and have them come out. Months later, and now the other horrible Manager that’s even worse Sabrina Fisher is saying she is not replacing it and instead ordering door pieces even though the whole thing is breaking apart and we were told it would be replaced.
The roof leaked for months. It ruined my brand new beautiful white comforter set and my mattress was soaked and Dennis said he would replace the comforter. 4 months later I have yet to see it replaced. When I asked them about it, Sabrina is saying they will only replace it with a receipt of purchase. Who has a receipt from when they originally bought their comforter? Especially when they had no idea it would get ruined and they would need it. Dennis never asked for a receipt, but now they want one. Impossible.
Lots of cabinets and my screen door has been broken since I moved in.
We’ve had breathing issues for months and I was worried we had Mold. Our roof leaked for months. It destroyed my carpet and smells horrible in my bedroom. My mattress and a comforter set ruined. I told Dennis, Manager that I was concerned about us getting Mold as my son is always sick now. They did a mold test finally after months and Never gave me the Mold results. I’ve asked them for the results and they will not provide it to me.
My roof has patches all over it because they won’t replace it.
All of my appliances are outdated and broken.i was told from Dennis Proctor and Jack Maintenance manager it would all be replaced. Now Sabrina says Jack isn’t authorized to tell people that, so don’t believe ANYTHING maintenance says. Regardless though the Property Manager Dennis said and I have emails to prove it that it would be replaced, Sabrina Fisher will not honor what her OWN property Manager tells tenants.
My garage door was broken for months from the hurricane and hanging open up top. I couldn’t even lock it. Anyone could walk up and open it which was a safety issue. Property management was aware for months and did not care.
4 years of being good tenants and this company doesn’t care. They want their money for rent, but don’t want to fix anything!
This company and its staff are the worst people I’ve ever encountered in Property Management.
Do not trust them and do not apply to live under their Management.

The property management are uncaring and don’t provide good service. I have been an excellent tenant for 4 years and paid my rent normally and for some reason their system gave me a confirmation on my cell phone but the payment didn’t go through. They didn’t tell me and sent me an eviction notice. I reached out and explained and they would not waive the late fee. 4 years my friends and this is the treatment they give. Very disappointing for sure.

Great experience's with this company. They deeply care about their tenants and getting their maintenance requests done in a prompt manner. Nichole and Lindsey have been a pleasure to work with and we look forward to continuing to work with them in the future!

SLUMLORD! Stay far away from this company. We were good tenants but broke the lease early. They have fine print in their lease saying they can continue to charge you for the remaining months on your lease even after you have properly given notice, left no remaining balance owed, and no major damage. We paid first, last, and 2 additional months as a security deposit because we were moving from out of state and my husband had not starting receiving pay stubs in florida yet to prove our income. We had to move out unexpectedly due to a job transfer but had already paid the rent for that month so they got to keep $2,500 from us. They still tried to bill us an additional $2,000 claiming clean-up, painting, one broken set of blinds, etc. We were only there a few months and there was absolutely no need for painting.
Maintenance never came to fix things, the dishwasher was broken when we moved in and we had to pay out of pocket to just replace it because they wouldn't. They had our place rented out and new people moving in just 3 weeks later but said they could charge me for the rest of our lease if they wanted to. I told them to try it and see where it got them. I took pictures upon move in and move out to protect us. Be smart and don't rent from this company!

Make sure you read your lease thoroughly. ask for extermination receipts if moving in they act like they have done so. The triple charge for any repairs or lawn maintenance and are very sneaky to move out procures. you will not get any over paid rent back and they will nickle and dime your deposit to death

I rented a house through JB Management and ended up thoroughly satisfied with the experience. The employees were very nice and helpful for the entire process. They refunded my entire safety deposit and did not give me any hassle throughout the time I lived in the residence they managed. I will definitely be reaching out to them the next time I am seeking a place to live in the Clearwater / Tampa area.
