Very disappointed!! As a loyal customer for 14 yrs,. Martha Sanchez had done my taxes, but this yr I added a different form to my filling and had an amendment a week later in Feb . I have not received my refund. When I spoke to Martha, she cursed me out. I reached out to the owner multiple times, I never got a call back. I'm taking care of three kids, but they messed up my filling. I have been in contact with the IRS myself since Feb. I was told ITS resubmitted my amended taxes in March which sets me back further. I paid the "expert" to render the service, but that never happened.

My husband and I have been coming here for years. Horacio is the absolute best from all the tax ppl we've used in the past. Yes they get super busy during tax season so make sure you make an appointment and confirm the day before, it's well worth the wait. Horacio is very friendly and thorough, he will answer any questions you have and will give you tips on on how to save money. We plan on moving soon but will always come back to Pico to get our taxes done with Horacio. A nice little bonus is that they always give cool little company appreciation gifts, we love our collection!

I've been driving 30 miles out of the way here for over two decades now just because I know that my taxes here will be done right. Every time! As an independent contractor, I have a constantly growing number of clients and I can always count on ITS to make sure everything is in order and good to go! The staff has over 3O years of experience and you can be assured you'll be getting the best deductions possible according to your line of work. The wait may at times be longer than expected, although that's a good sign! It is merely testament to their expanding customer loyalty and complete guest satisfaction. I always get treated like family here. Making an appointment is always recommended. Although they may be booked two to three weeks out. However, walk-ins can most always be accommodated if you have some extra time. Look no further, ITS is your solution for true peace of mind! Ask for an appointment with Delia! She's the encyclopedia of tax solutions, a truly sweet, exceptional human being and will have you feeling reassured and satisfied!

I have been going here for years, I stopped when I moved to the Inland Empire, but now I have come back because they are better than anyone else I have tried. They are very friendly, knowledgeable, affordable, and most importantly to me, non-judgmental. They speak Spanish & English. Martha helped me and was very awesome, a few years back I think the younger gentleman helped me and was very good as well.

listen to my experience and you decide if those 5 star reviews are legit. I arrive at Tax Services at 6:18 and let the woman know I called about the notary and that's what I needed. She takes my paperwork and ID and types up the paperwork. She tells me to sit. I sit. I look at her, as if to ask; What's going on? She motions, she's taking care of it. I wait till about 6:50 and go and ask her, "what is going on"? She then gets the notary book and ask me to follow to another room , and she puts the notary book on the desk of the real notary? She tells me to wait in the hall (she has a little room full of people). I'm waiting in the hall now, while the book sits there on the desk. I decide at 7:00 I'm leaving (40 minutes is long enough to notarized ONE PAGE!!). 7:00 I go out to the office and tell them I'm leaving, may I have the form. Now everyone is busy and can't communicate. about 4 minutes later, I just leave without the document. Approx 45 minutes - and they could not thumb print, sign and stamp ONE SHEET OF PAPER. I have my taxes itemized in almost this amount of time. I'm guessing they take 3.5 days to do a 1040EZ form. Maybe months for an full itemized 1040 schedule D. Consider bringing a sleeping bag. I left and they called me at 7:13 to tell me my form was ready. I guess they decided to consider the customer, NOW.

The attitude here in my opinion, is they act like they are doing you a favor and you have no other choice but to dance to their tune. I'm guessing for many of the people in there like cattle, it may be true. If you have a choice and want to be treated like a valued customer,
You better look elsewhere, because you are not valued here. It's embarrassing the way they treat people, and the people here take it.

This is my First Year filing as a Business Owner. I was nervous as to what to expect. Horacio was very knowledgeable and educated me on proper steps to take for next tax year. Been going to this office for 20 yrs now n though there can at times be a wait I wouldn't go anywhere else. Its a full office because of the great job they do. People that have come here continue to come even if they move. I too moved 100miles a for a few yrs and still chose to drive here and have heard the same while waiting from people that cone from SD and Fresno. They are up most professional and if there's ever a problem they take care of it. I have heard horror stories from several people that go elsewhere being audited then not being helped by the person or office that did their txs. This office backs up n stands behind you all the way. My family all used to go elsewhere duff. Places and one by one switched to Delia's office and have never turned back again. Yes like I said at times specially at the height of txs season you may have to wait but I don't mind the wait if it means everything will be done right. They also don't overcharge you or try to charge you a % of your txs return like other places. No matter what there are flat fees here . I've heard of people paying hundreds or up to 20% or their txs return. I've never played that amt . I will continue to come here as long as I can

WORST EXPERIENCE EVER! America is so inexperienced, did not add my children to my refund and wanted us out of there asap! She was rude and it is until this day giving us issues with the IRS . please choose your tax accountants well. This place serves mostly immigration issues and i doubt they know anything about tax returns. Save yourself issues with the irs. They are incompetent.
