Matt is wonderful to work with. He is patient, respectful, attentive, and kind. Easy to reach and responsive t my many questions. I am old and can't keep up with the research needed to manage my 60 year old portfolio. Matt has helped sell what was no longer profitable, especially foreign stock. I've been with IWM for 2 or 3 years now, and it's been a great experience. Yes, the gains have been very, very good due to a bullish market, but it's the communication from Matt that I've really appreciated. Prior to coming over to IWM, I had been with a 'big name" broker, and was very unhappy with the lack of communication, as well as the price I was paying for that lack of communication. IWM offers superior service at a much lower cost. I also like the Altruist platform, as it is simple and intuitive. The quarterly letters from IWM are insightful and serve as a gentle reminder that Matt is out there and willing to discuss anything that might be of interest to an investor. I'm very happy with IWM and feel that my investments are in good hands.

Matt has almost no experience doing financial planning or managing investments. I made the mistake of working with him and trusting him. Be very careful. He says one thing and does another, and then he stop responding. He is a nice person, just not someone you can trust with planning or investments.
