I recently attended a team-building session that Kevin led on the DISC assessment, and it was fantastic! Kevin shared his personal experience with the assessment, explaining that delivering presentations wasn't a natural strength for him but a skill he had to work hard to develop. This was helpful for me because I always thought of the DISC model as more of a fixed assessment rather than one that offered a clear growth plan.

Kevin’s clear and thorough explanations made everything easy to understand and apply and he delivered the presentation in a warm and engaging way. This, I learned, was the result of very intentional practice, especially for someone who might identify as a "C" type in the DISC model.

As an "I" type, I found his approach inspiring. He showed that with effort and practice, you can develop skills that don’t come naturally. This gave me a lot of confidence and excitement about using what I learned to become a more direct, strategic, and effective team leader.

Overall, this was an incredibly valuable experience. I highly recommend his sessions to anyone wanting to boost their leadership skills and improve team dynamics.
