I have used Invictus Consulting for business coaching for a bit now. I have grown to know Adam very well and he helps someone like me that is less strategic and more chaotic keep my business on the straight and narrow. From help with mental challenges I face as a business owner all the way down to goal setting, numbers, processes, and strategy for my 2020 he has helped me immensely. I never walk away from a conversation with Adam without at least 10x the value of his price point. He's a great guy, solid hearted, and does a great job!

Adam and Invictus Consulting has been a huge find for my business (Peak Image Designs). Being that my business is solely run by myself, I knew that I needed a second set of eyes. I luckily found Adam. On our first meeting together I went over some current frustrations to which Adam asked me one question (honestly just one!!!!) and it totally floored me. He calls them Aha moments which they are. I have a ton of experience in business settings but no experience in actually running a business and I am finding they are two different things. Adam has just been amazing giving me those second set of eyes so that I can actually utilize that experience much more effectively and to actual gain MUCH MORE clarity on whats actually happening with the business. TRUST ME RIGHT NOW!! If you are looking for a business consultant/coach whatever, Invictus Consulting is the best call you can make! Anyone can just slap on a title of "coach" whether they've been through the fire or not, and that's something that frightened me right out of the gates. However, Adam has been through the fire so you'll actually be getting advice from someone whose walked in your shoes. Don't know about you but to me, that's huge!

My partner and I had taken Invictus Consulting's Productivity class and all I can say is good things about the program. Working with Ronen was the an amazing step forward in gaining clarity, intention, and peace of mind through my day. My productivity has not only increased, but has focused in a way that I can confidently do more without the high stress and anxiety I was used to. His way of teaching is inclusive and the more you put in, the more you get out of it. He will challenge the way you think but in a way that is motivating. Adam held a 90 minutes webinar for the Mary Kay consultants in my unit in locations around the country. Each of them purchased a DISC Workplace Profile & completed it prior to the webinar. My consultants who attended are still raving about it! What sets Adam apart in the work he does with business coaching? First, he and I held a pre-planning session to talk through the content purpose and some training jargon specific to the Mary Kay opportunity. He wonderfully adapted coaching terminology to phrases these women were already familiar with. He also worked carefully to adapt his personal schedule to a webinar that covered 4 different time zones. Once we scheduled and registration questions emerged, Adam pivoted to develop a different written description for me to market our time with him. During our session, he was the only male on the call, and impressively shared his information with warmth, congeniality, and humor. He was able to use he and I's DISC profiles and relationship as examples of key concepts. After our training with Adam, he debriefed with me and helped my team participants learn to take advantage of his Everything DISC website. It continues to be a source of learning & interaction for us. I'd recommend ANY time of team enlist Adam for personal growth and work effectiveness.
