Let me tell you about my experience with nubia Jimenez, I went as a first time on April 15th and filled my taxes with her, said I would receive my money Direct deposit in two weeks. An when the two weeks came I received nothing! An when I called the irs they told me that it was in a different account, which was definitely not mine! So I went back to her and to my surprise she was gone for a whole week! So I came back today. 5/9/2022 and she says it was deposited to my account and I verified with my back account and I still haven’t received anything! An now she’s telling theirs nothing she can do! Don’t ever go to this lady! Every unprofessional. Worst experience of my life! I only went because a family friend recommended her. If I could leave no starts I would! Very disappointed
