Completely unethical and unhinged tax preparer. Illegally cashed my 2020 state tax return. Charged a ridiculous amount for incompetent service. In order to be punishing, he kept trumping up charges the more I resisted his gross business practices. I requested for him not to do my taxes, after a week of contact, and he repeatedly told me "TO GO TO HELL!". A consumer affairs report was filed. Even had to get the NYPD involved after this tax guy flipped his lid during a phone conversation. NYPD and Consumer Affairs understood this tax preparer as highly irrational, even dangerous, and strongly advised me to stop engaging. Moreover, they advised to make a small claims court petition to recover all payments and fees that this tax preparer stole. I tried to work with this tax preparer for a week by negotiating fairer fees. In turn, he decided to be entirely predatorial.
