Svetlana is a very professional and passionate coach, who has an amazing ability to use metaphors as a way for clients to consider new options, internal and external resources and effectively support clients in identifying their vision, goals and values. As a Police Officer of 12 years, I had built up many automated habits/patterns - some serving me, whilst others did not. Working together, I was able to uncover a particular limiting belief that was severely detrimental to the quality of my life outside of work. As the coaching sessions progressed, we identified new ways to move forward and built clear and achievable goals in order to deconstruct this limiting belief and improve the overall quality of my life. Several months after our first coaching session, and using action-steps identified through Svetlana's coaching sessions, I am on verge of introducing a major positive change into my life that will now doubt completely change the outlook of my future - both at home and in the workplace.
