Shelley is the absolute nicest person. A total gem of a person. I leave thinking of her kindness instead of the pain from the tattoo removal. I went to Ink B Gone for about a year for tattoo removal. While I did see some fading, it was not nearly as much as originally promised. One thing that stood out was that at nearly every session, they would tell me, “You probably need about 6-8 more.” After a while, it started to feel like they were more focused on retaining customers than actually helping to remove the tattoo.

What ultimately led me to look elsewhere was a $50 late fee they charged me. Considering the amount of money I was already investing with them, I felt the customer service could have been better. Since switching to other places, I’ve found much better results at significantly lower prices.

Ink B Gone has their SEO dialed in, so they’re one of the first places you’ll find, but in my experience, they are far from the best option out there. If you’re considering tattoo removal, I’d recommend doing some research before committing here.

I've been going here for a few years now and have always had a great experience with today being a likely last session. Every person's body and tattoo will be different, I knew mine was going to take time because of how heavy handed the tattoo artist was and how dark the color was. We chipped away at my tattoo and I have zero scars with great results. If you want rushed results and scaring, go somewhere else.
