Shopping for Medicare plans can be daunting and I was apprehensive about approaching an advisor because I had heard stories of people being pushed towards a plan (probably for a juicy commission) that they later regretted. This was ABSOLUTELY NOT THE CASE with Tilson Hackley at IBA. I did quite a lot of research beforehand so I had a good sense of what plans I thought would work best for me. But I still had a lot of questions and was not 100% confident I knew what I was doing. Tilson was stellar at responding to my calls and emails quickly, communicating details clearly and educating me on all of the options available to me out there. I recommend her very highly if you want some great advice on your Medicare plan strategy.

I talked to Tilson several times regarding getting an insurance supplement plan in 2020. If I have ever talked to someone more competent, nicer, on point, knowledgeable, dependable, and I think you can see where I'm going with this, I can't remember when.

The best anyone could do to match would be as sensationally great at their job as she is. She's a phenomenal representative of the company. I talked to other companies, but there was no comparison in the customer service I received, as well as the trust I had, as I could tell she was concerned and genuinely cared.
